Web Service API - Plan Options

| Customers have two options for subscribing to the MapPoint Web
Service API Service: Monthly Usage Plans or
Annual Bulk Plans. |

| Monthly Usage Plans |
|
| Our monthly plans work on the same principle as cell phone usage
plans, however we have improved on the plans by offering: |

Carryover of unused transactions from month to month |

No Activation Fee |

No overage usage penalty |
|
No plan upgrade penalty |
|
| Monthly Usage Plans are offered under an annual term of twelve
months. Our plans are set up as calendar months. Your monthly unused
transactions may carry over from month to month during the annual term. Unused
transactions at the end of the of an annual term do not carry over to a new
annual term. |
|
| If you use more transactions within a calendar month, the
overage usage will be billed at the same rate for the plan in place at the time
of the overage. You may upgrade a monthly plan at any time during the billing
cycle without penalty for the balance of the annual term. Plan upgrades will go
into effect for the next billing cycle. |
|
| All monthly plans require that an active credit card be kept on
file at our secure site for monthly billing. Monthly payments are due in
advance. We use a calendar month billing cycle, with charges to your credit
card taking place on or about the 10th of the following month. Your monthly
charge will reflect a payment for the next month and any usage overage charges
for the preceding month. We provide you with complete usage summary and billing
history at My Account and additional billing details are provided when
you set up your account as part of our Terms
and Conditions. |

| The table provides you a summary of the Monthly Usage plans
available through Maps4MyApps.com. Once you have setup your account, you will
be asked to select on of the following annual monthly plans. |

| If you are not ready to purchase a plan, you may wish to set up
an Evaluation Account in order to build and test
your application with the MapPoint Web Service API. |

| Annual Bulk Plans |
|
| Bulk MapPoint Web Service API transactions are offered for
customers that have a good idea of their annual usage and prefer to make one
payment by credit card or check. These plans begin at not less than 120,000
annual transactions and are paid in full in advance.

| Annual Bulk Plans are offered under an annual term of twelve
months. Unused transactions at the end of an annual term do not carry over to a
new annual term. There is no overage usage penalty since you may make
additional bulk purchases at any time. |

| Payment for Annual Bulk Plans may be made by credit card, at the
time of selection through our secured site, or by check. Payment is due in
advance before your account will be activated. Purchase Orders are accepted
from government agencies.
